Information you choose to provide

The RFQ form may include your company name, product, quantity, destination, inverter information, WhatsApp number, email address and additional project requirements. You decide what optional information to include.

How enquiry information is used

Form information is used only to prepare and respond to your enquiry, clarify product or delivery requirements, and coordinate a quotation.

Accounts, payments and website storage

• No online account is created.
• No payment information is collected through this website.
• Form information is not stored in a website database in the first release.
• The form prepares a WhatsApp or email message for you to review and send using the selected external application.

Optional analytics and performance tools

If you select Accept Analytics, Vianectra may use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand aggregate traffic sources, landing pages, product-route selections and quotation actions. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may be used to understand page usage and technical performance. These tools are restricted to the production website and do not load for ordinary local or Preview visits. A dedicated, access-controlled Preview may temporarily load Google Tag Manager after consent for pre-release verification.

Microsoft Clarity may be enabled later to review anonymized or masked clicks, scrolling and page interaction. If enabled, it will load only after Analytics consent, and RFQ fields will remain masked.

Your analytics choice

Analytics is off by default. Choose Accept Analytics to allow optional measurement, or Essential Only to keep it off. Advertising storage and personalization remain denied in either case. You can change your choice at any time.

Information excluded from analytics

Vianectra does not send your name, company field value, email address, WhatsApp or telephone number, street address, RFQ field values, complete quotation text or complete WhatsApp prefilled message to GA4, GTM, Vercel Analytics or Clarity. Analytics events use only non-personal categories such as product route, product model code, button location and sanitized marketing attribution.

External contact services

External services such as WhatsApp or your email provider may process information under their own privacy terms. Review those services before sending information through them.

Google, Vercel, Microsoft, WhatsApp and email providers maintain their own privacy notices and data-processing practices. Their terms apply when their services are used.
